Products

Which size should I get?

The FOUR fit is usually oversized. Please refer to the description for details. If you don't want your items to be oversized we advice you to order 1 size down.

Can you give more information about a specific product or brand?

Yes we can. Please contact our customer service with your item SKU and request. We will assist you and help you with your wishes.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Please choose your item and size and click the notify me in stock button. You will receive an email, if your item is restocked.

How do I take care of my items?

Please refer to the washing label for further instructions concerning the care your items. If you want to know the details before purchasing, please contact the customer service to assist you.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We offer the following shipping schedule during non-sale periods:


Deliveries within The Netherlands: From 1 to 3 working days

Deliveries within Europe: From 2 to 5 working days.

Deliveries to all other countries: From 3 to 7 working days.

I've received the wrong item. What happens now?

Please contact our customer service to assist you. We will send you a free return label and return form. Please fill in the return form and add this to your return. When we receive your return, we will send your correct item.

What are the shipping costs?

The Netherlands & Belgium: €4,95.

Europe: €15

Worldwide: from €30, depending on weight and location.

*Shipping costs do not include duties and taxes.

Can I come collect my order myself?

Yes, we have an option "pick up in store". If you choose this option, you don't pay shipping costs. Your order will be ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. Keep in mind that you need a valid ID to pick this up.

I've just placed an order, is it still possible to modify or cancel my order?

You can contact our customer service to cancel your order. Please, keep in mind that your order can only be cancelled if it is not too far in the fulfill process.

What is the current status of my order?

You can see in your account what the current status is. Please keep an eye out on your e-mail, you will receive a track and trace to locate your order.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

You have to pay import duties, this only applies to orders outside of the EU. All the extra costs are for the customer.

What should I do if I bought items from a fraudulent webshop?

FOUR only operates through our official website, www.fouramsterdam.com. Any other websites selling FOUR products are unauthorized and not linked to us. These sites often sell old collections, use outdated images without permission, and offer high discounts.

Please note that FOUR is not responsible for any purchases made through these third-party websites. We are not liable for any issues, damages, or complaints related to goods, services, or transactions from these sites.


We advise you to carefully check the third-party site’s policies before making any purchases. If you encounter any concerns with products purchased through these sites, you should contact the third party directly.


We work to shut down these fraudulent websites when possible. Feel free to contact our customer service for assistance.

Returns

How do I return my order?

You can scan the QR code on your invoice to be directed straight to the correct return portal.

Our return period is 14 days from the moment you receive your order.

What happens to the free bag if I return my items?

If you return items from an order that qualified for a free bag, the bag must also be returned if the total price of the returned items falls below €150. If the bag is not returned, €50 will be deducted from your refund.

Example:

An order has been placed with a total order value of €260, consisting of the following products:

  • - Logo Hoodie worth €120
  • - Circles Cap worth €50
  • - Stamp T-shirt worth €90.
  • - Free Small Shopper

In this order, the cap worth €50 and the T-shirt worth €90 are returned. This leaves an order value of €120 for the hoodie. Since the remaining order value is below €150, the free shopper must also be returned. If it is not returned, a charge of €50 will be deducted from the refund.

Am I able to choose my own color for the free bag offer?

No, the free bag comes in a randomly selected color. We are unable to accommodate specific color requests. The color you receive will be random.

Does the free bag have a guarantee?

No, the free bag does not come with a guarantee, as it is a complimentary gift.

What are the return conditions?

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return. You can return any unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. For in-store purchases, we offer a 7-day return policy.

I've returned my order. When will I have my money back?

When we receive your return, it can take up till 3 business days till this is processed. Depending on your chosen payment method it may vary when this will be visible.

Can I return items purchased in store?

Items purchased in store can be returned. Please contact our customer service for instructions on how to proceed your return by post.

What are the costs to return an item?

The costs can vary between €4,00 to €7,00.

My purchased item is damaged, what should I do?

You may contact our customer service for a suitable solution.

I paid my order with a gift card, but I want to return it. How does that work?

We will transfer your balance to your gift card.

Is it possible to exchange items?

It is only possible to exchange items in-store. If you wish to exchange an item purchased online, you will need to return it and place a new order. 

When can I expect my refund?

We will process your refund as quickly as possible, and at the latest, within 14 days after we receive your return. The refund will be returned to the same payment method that was used to place the order.

Payments

What are the available payment methods?

iDeal, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American express, Giropay, KBC, Bancontact, Klarna & FOUR Giftcard.

My payment has failed. What should I do?

You can contact our customer service to send you a payment reminder. If we don't receive an payment within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled automatically. You can also place an new order.

Will there be any additional costs to my order? Like customs

You have to pay import duties, this only applies to orders outside of the EU. All the extra costs are for the customer.

How will my order be refunded in the case of a return or faulty item?

For online orders you can receive a refund or new article. For a store purchase you will receive store credit or a new item.

Is my order included VAT?

For customers within the EU, the AT is included in the price. This does not apply for customers outside the EU.

Warranty

How long does my warranty last?

We give the customer 6 months warranty. Keep in mind that not all cases are within our warranty policy.

My item is faulty. What do I do now?

Please send pictures to info@fouramsterdam.com with your order number or receipt.

Will I receive proof of warranty with my order?

Your receipt or order number is your proof of warranty. We do not accept your claim without an receipt or order number.

What are the benefits of having an account?

You are the first to know about new releases, will receive a welcome discount and can see your shopping history and data.

Do I have to create an account to order something online?

You can place an order as guest. An account is not mandatory.

I bought on a fake FOUR website, what can I do?

Unfortunately, occasionally there are fake sites around that misuse our FOUR design and branding. FOUR Amsterdam is not affiliated with these sites in any way, however we're doing everything in our power to stop this from happening. We are reporting fraudulent websites to the authorities to ensure this gets proper attention. Have you become the victim of a fraudulent webshop? We're very sorry to hear that. Please contact your bank to request help and report this to the police. 

Discount

How does the newsletter discount work?

You can sign up for our newsletter to receive a 10% discount on your order. This is only valid on your first order.

How do I get a free shopper?

When you purchase an item above 60 euro in our store, you will receive a free shopper.
With an online order the free shopper is NOT included.

Can I request a discount code?

We do not give away free discount codes.
